I have a test this Wednesday and I just wanted to know what I would need in the test for an A*. I currently have an A in my coursework and a B in my S&L

Erm you've left a lot of details of your test out. What is the format? What are you expected to write/speak about?

I've got the IGCSE exam on Wednesday too! I'm sorry to say that to get an A* in Cambridge IGCSE language you need a high A in all the components-this is a weird exam board & it's the only exam board that I'm aware of that does this (I'm presuming you did s+l =20% & coursework portfolio = 40%) but if you got a really high b there could be a possibility if perhaps you got a really high A/A* if you don't mind me asking what mark did you get in your speaking and listening?

I dunno about that but my teacher said that I was close to an A but couldn't reach it as I wasn't fluent enough
