AS Grades on UCAS

I am retaking AS modules in Chemistry and Maths, and I am still doing History. In History I am not retaking any AS modules. I have also dropped Physics. Is this how I should leave it?

Chemistry D 06/2015
History (Your AS grade) 06/2015
Maths B 06/2015
Physics E 06/2015
Chemistry Pending 06/2016
Maths Pending 06/2016

It would be worth asking your head of 6th form to have a look at it for you though, as they know exactly how to do it and will have done it before.

Yeah, you put it down as if it was an exam. They will have a name just like the exam does, for example last year my AS English Lit coursework was called LITA2, so I put LITA1 and LITA2 down as the modules I sat.
