Feeling bad watch

So it's Saturday night, Halloween. I'm 16 and all my friends are out at a house party and I'm in because I have work early tomorrow morning. My window is open and I hear people screaming and enjoying themselves and I'm here, inside. I've texted a couple of my mates to get one reply and read signs from the others. Some guy that I hardly know just called me on one of my friends' phone (who had ignored my text) telling me I should come out, but I could tell that he was just drunk and excited.
Then he puts me on the phone to my girlfriend and she says "I didn't ask to speak to you and I can't hear you so come if you want" and hangs up before I can say anything.
Am I being pendantic? Is it normal for me to feel down because of this? Maybe I'm just being melodramatic.

Don't feel down about it. They will probably wake up with a hangover whilst you go out working. Don't need to feel bad for having priorities set.
