So I have seen around TSR that doing an engineering degree then going on to be an accountant is a good route to take. But I was wondering, will a person with a chemical engineering degree have the opportunity to go into all the sectors of accountancy such as audits. Also can a person doing a chemical engineering degree still get an internship for an accountancy firm, because work experience is very valued when looking to get a job after the degree. Thanks in advance to anyone that answers my questions.

Apply to the big 4 and the other large accountancy firms, it really isn't that hard lol. Those guys take on people from all degrees.
