So over the years I've never been in a real relationship, I have tried many times but I have always been friendzoned or been told that they are too busy. I have been told by others that I am not confident enough and this is the reason for the rejections. But not sure how I feel about being more confident, I feel like I may become cocky. What should I do?

I think it's possible to become more confident without becoming cocky. I've had this sort of problem before but i tried to balance it out and now i'm doing just great.
If it bothers you so much that your lack of confidence is affecting your relationships and the like, i think the best thing for you to do is try switching things up a bit and boost your confidence levels regardless what you fear the outcome may be.

For all you know, you might not even become the cocky person you fear you might become!

    Hope this helped.
