    diffusion is the movement of molecules from high concentration of area to low concentration of area. e.g spreeing perfume in a room. the molecules in the perfume moves from high concentration area where u spray the perfume to the low concentration area where there is no perfume and then the whole room smells like the perfume.

    Osmosis is the same thing like diffusion but it is the movement of water molecules only which moves from high water potential area to low water potential area.
