I am starting to get quite bad with my eating disorder again. It is affecting my attendance at college and therefore my assignments. Already, three of my assignments are late. They are completed but I haven't managed to even get into college.
I'm hoping to get back on track from today. Hence why i have not slept... So that i don't have the excuse of my medication making me too tired to even get out of bed... So i haven't taken it.
I have Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder as well as Bulimia. I'm finding everything so hard to cope with and I'm not sure what to do anymore. My medication has recently been put up, but due to it making me sleep (Quetiapine - Anti-psychotic) I don't want to take it. However, I can't not take it for too long because my mental health will get even worse, and I won't sleep for a few days at all.

Have you got a support plan with college so you arent going it alone? Is there any way you could hand in work electronically?
I would never advise someone against taking medication.. however I took an anti psychotic /tranquilizer for a few days (before I couldn't stand it anymore ) and I was too tired to even function. I think you should go back to your doctor/psychatrist and say that this medication is making it impossible for you to function. When staying up all night is better than taking a tablet then you know it's no good. Are you receiving therapy? Id recommend you bang on your doctors door and demand some proper therapy, none of this 10 week cbt ****, but some actual long term, getting to the bottom of it, therapy!
I hope you are okay *hugs*
