So I'm struggling to juggle all of the different things in my life right now.
I basically have no free time right now. On Tuesdays and Thursdays in the evening, I am a Sergeant at my Air Training Corps Squadron. Every Sunday, I am at work all day and only get home at 7pm, by which point I am far too tired to do anything.
In the half-term just gone, I was called in for six out of the nine days to work. I couldn't turn it down or risk losing my job later when we get more people - we're so short-staffed that even "quiet" days are now hectic nightmares for us. The remaining three days weren't enough to get all my school work done.
I plan on leaving Cadets after Christmas as I've been in nearly four years and have had enough - I now find it incredibly dull and my Squadron staff are not very understanding at all when it comes to needing to take time away from Cadets for school work, and so they frequently challenge me when I say I can't come in due to study. I hate that attitude and don't want to be a part of that anymore.
Even so, what can I do to help balance my life in the meantime?

I've had periods when I've been incredibly busy. The important thing in how you feel is making sure you're making good use of the time you have. So don't mindlessly waste 3 hours watching rubbish on tv because you feel tired, once you get yourself out or doing something you enjoy you will feel better. Try and plan what you're doing when and how long it will take and plan in leisure time. Don't waste time during the day, get some work done during your lunch hour, while you're on the bus etc.
