Croatian Matura requirements for studying Medicine in the UK

Hello, I am a Croatian hs student and I'm graduating this year. I am planing to apply to the Uk to study medicine (Southampton,Birmingham,Manchester,Cardiff etc)
Whenever I look up the requirements for the Croatian matura I find something like this: Your application will be considered if you have:

The award of State Matura (Drzavna Matura) with at least 555 in Chemistry, Biology and one other subject plus minimum of 4.5 in all other subjects.

The thing is that in Croatia you must write English, Mathematics and Croatian in the matura to be able to apply to medicine, I do have chemistry, biology and physics as subjects in high school but I dont know if I have to write them on the matura?
