Is it easy for those living in studio rooms in private halls to make friends? watch

I'm a little worried i won't be able to make that many friends since i wouldn't live in university halls or shared flats. I'd want to stay in a private hall in my first year and in a studio (preferably). This is because i enjoy my privacy a lot and even though i have other reasons for wanting this, i also would like to make friends.

Are people who live in private halls always in their rooms or something? Like do they get out to socialise with other people at all?

(I'm talking mostly those who live in a hall with lots of studios)

    Thanks.

Noticed you've answered a lot of questions for someone who signed up a day ago but you haven't had any of yours answered

I'm sure it's easy to make friends in private halls too, but would be a lot easier in the uni halls i guess

Hey there! I am in no doubt you'll make friends. I myself stayed in a Studio (Tufnell House, London) and made lots of friends! It's great because I can see them whenever they're free, have a great time. But come back to my own space when I want it. Perfect mix! So much so, I've stayed in the Studio for the remainder of the degree. Friends often like coming round so it's a brilliant social scene.

I definitely recommend you follow you instincts on this one!
Thank you so much!. That was very helpful
