    One meal won't make a blind bit of difference. You might gain a temporary bit of water weight if it was a carby and salty meal, but it's very temporary.

    well i mean i always drink soda when i eat too much and then i feel better - even if its sparkling water...

    the other day i ate half of an entire pizza and felt like i was gonna explode but then i drank a bottle of coke and felt better so i think so?

    Well, I got myself a Coke (the Diet one; was looking for sparkiling water but couldn't find one ); I think it did help but I was walking back home as well so I'm not sure which one is helping with the digestion lol

    It did make my tummy feel cool a bit
