    Hello! Can someone help me with this question? Why division is used here? And also why not (56-14)/14? Help is really appreciated.

    I would have done it as a percentage increase as 56/14x100? So a 400% increase in rate?
    I think it's just because 56 is 4 times bigger than 14, so the rate is 4 times more?
