You need to see a doctor.

I am not a doctor and do not have any proper medical knowledge so do not take this as any sort of medical advice or diagnosis. Go see a doctor.

it looks like a buildup of fluid under the skin. This happens with loads of things like blisters, boils, cysts etc. Each obviously has different causes. Can you think of anything that may have caused it? A bite, ingrown hair etc...
how did it feel? Is it sore or singing or does it just feel normal?
have you noticed anything else different? Are you tired, hot, confused etc?
It's unusual that there are two so close.
personally I'd suspect a bite of that were on me. Alot of bugs and insects can cause diseases when they bite (like tick bites and limes disease- a bullseye bite and other symptoms).

use your answers and any other info about it help yourself find out. By all means google it and try to find out that way but do go to a doctor (just pop into your local pharmacy even). They are the only ones who can tell for sure what it is and if it is at all serious. They can also give you stuff to help get rid of it.

if this is not you then tell them to go to a doctor. Still by all means look around yourself but they do need professional help.
