# GCSE Physics ski jumper coursework help! watch

Announcements
1. So we are starting our cass tomorrow and I'm with the exam board ocr 21st Century.
I'm hoping to achieve an A or A* in the coursework but I'm not very good in P4.
Does anyone have any tips to get a good grade?
Also the question is how a the height of a ramp affects distance travelled by a ski jumper and we have to go into detail on gpe and forces etc
2. Hey we are starting this tomorrow and I just don't understand it. Would you please be able to give me any tips and what to measure and calculate too? Thank you so much!

Whichever factor you've chosen, you need to explain all the other factors and how you would investigate them and why you didn't. The factors open for investigation could be the angle of the ramp, height, length, friction etc.

You can actually still get an A* without calculating GPE and KE but if you need to make sure you have all the information required in the formulas for calculating different variables beforehand.

Evaluate everything as you go along and make sure you can account for all outliers in the data, and do research on all of P4 so you can link your findings back to scientific reasoning from P4 later on.

I'm not sure if that's any help, but if you want to know anything specifically I'll try to help.
