Mental Health & Melt-Downs watch

    • Thread Starter

I'm currently resitting year 13 as a result of having to take a long time out after spending time in hospital as a result of mental health issues (anorexia and depression).
I've hit a really low point with my depression, and although I'm seeing a mental health team in the community I'm really really struggling with everything.
Sixth form has become really overwhelming and stressful and I've been unable to do most of my work since I've hit this dark period.
I don't know what to do because I want to explain to my head of year that I'm struggling but I don't know what to say, has anyone got any advice?

Do you agree with the proposed ban on plastic straws and cotton buds?
