    (not trying to belittle people with fears here, just trying to let out my frustration through ranting...)
    I feel like the term 'phobia' (along with a long list of other mental illnesses) is wildly overused in our current society. I don't think many people really understand what constitutes a phobia, anyone agree with me here??

    I have a phobia which affects me in a variety of way and it makes me so annoyed when people throw around the word 'phobia' , with no idea of the struggles and constant stress we go through on a daily basis, and the overwhelming fear and state of panic which overcomes us.
