I didnt interview here, but they are all very similar.
The first two test your personality, so you cant really prepare. Good team player? If not, maybe read up on stratergies to use in a team, like defining which part you play. Are you the leader, an ideas person, the practical thinker etc? Communicate your preferred role with your team so that your contribution plays to your strengths. Be wary of too many chiefs! It is not about who is 'boss.'
Part 3 and 4 are competency based. They might ask you for real life examples of situations were you had an ethical or legal problem, conflict or went the extra mile for a patient despite colleague resistence. Search online for competency questions in pharmacy and reherse a few good answers. Also practise a response when you dont have a good answer. Admitting you dont know, would need to reserch it and then get back to the dr/nurse/patient is very good too.
I also rehersed how I would enter and leave the interview. Hand shake? Introduction? It got me off to a confident start and a nice clean finsh. Good luck!Last edited by GrimBeast; 05-11-2015 at 10:29.
