I have a job interview on Thursday. I've only ever had two before, but they never lasted more than ten minutes. But the email I received said this interview will be 30 minutes long, and I'm panicking.

I'm just really nervous about what they'll ask, and I'm worried that I'll panic and forget everything.

I know that when preparing for an interview you have to research the company, and I've done that, I'm just wondering if there's anything else I can do to prepare for this interview.

Just be yourself. Sit up straight (good posture basically) and make eye contact with your interviewer.
Also think about your strengths and weaknesses. Try and turn your weaknesses into positives and just relax.

Have a back up plan if you need to get out of their quick.

You could hide some blood capsules in your backside, then if it's all getting a bit too much clench and burst them.

Running out of the interview room covering your blood soaked ass and legs should do nicely.
