Do I need to mention my AS Level results when I failed it and started doing Applied Science instead on my UCAS Application?

My tutor said that you don't have to though? Also, if I do mention about it, wouldn't that look bad on my UCAS.. Wouldn't that put off universities from my application?

I can find the statement on UCAS saying you have to declare everything if you want? But i can assure you, you do need to.

It will look bad yes, but at the end of the day it's the truth. You could resit?

Here is the Ucas declaration, which is totally clear about the need to put down everything. What is does is make your application truthful. Submitting fraudulent applications is taken very seriously indeed and your tutor should know better. Show them the declaration.
