I have anxiety which I have had CBT for before and I feel like I have improved a bit but I also get bursts of depression and I don't know how to tackle them, does anyone know of any techniques to reduce depression symptoms?

I've not used it myself but Moodgym is apparently very good as an online CBT program that is mostly designed for anxiety and depression. You could also go back to your GP and ask to be referred for another course of CBT to focus on depression instead this time, I don't know what the rules are surrounding it but worth a try and they'll want to know you're struggling anyway if they don't already. If you're at uni then the support services there might also be able to provide similar or your local Mind branch possibly could too. You might get better replies in the mental health support society on here too, but good luck either way!
