Where did the current 'trendy kids' get the idea of dressing in 90s rave gear? watch

I noticed this trend around the time gas a mdma became suddenly a mainstream thing.

I know these trendy types kids dont have the originality or creatviity to think of using that style themselves so Im wondering where they got the idea. I doubt they know anything about the history of rave culture since they are only into this plastic house that plays today like the stupid and vapid 'house every weekend' song?? Probably some fashion magazine or something or what they saw on tv?

Ie dressing in the hacienda style rave garb of the early 90s. I find it such a joke, such a mockery of what the old school was about. Similar to how remixes of nirvana are played in mainstream clubs all the time. Totally off kilter from what the originators had in mind. Another scene plundered by the vacuous masses.

Do you agree with the proposed ban on plastic straws and cotton buds?
