In the past couple of weeks, I've been wanting to cry all the time because I feel so crappy. There's so much going on in my life at the moment which is probably why I feel so dreary; i just want to hide in a corner and disappear because I feel like I'm no use to anyone or anything - I don't know what is wrong with me because I've never felt like this before.
I keep getting constant headaches but I don't know why because I get enough sleep.
I'm not sure what the point of this thread is so I'm sorry if I've wasted your time, if you're going through this weirdness let me know how you cope because I'm struggling and I am afraid I'm going to fall apart which i don't want.
I've tried cheering up and dragging through every day but I feel like I can't stand up let alone move on - my eyes are absolutely aching and I feel awful

I know exactly what you mean, when no amount of sleep can fix the tiredness that you feel. I've been there, but I just wanted to say whatever you're feeling, it will get better, as a wise fish once said "just keep swimming, swimming, swimming", I hope you feel better, you're a wonderful beautiful person okay?

I'm glad you haven't reached my low all I ever do is cry and get really paranoid it's crazy! I suggest you do all the work you have quick and treat yourself to something you would never do lol! For example I will buy a jumper I would normally buy for half the price good luck and sorry my advice sucks lol I'm down in the dumps and haven't recovered yet
