Not sure what you mean. I've gotten a bunch of student leadership conference invites in the mail, some of which take place at Harvard I think.

I would be interested in spending a few months learning in the US, perhaps 6, but colleges there dont seem to have too much in the way of diploma or other short courses geared towards Intl students.
i wanted to apply.
Heard its great.
but going there for summer school does not neccesarily mean you get in when you apply at undergrad level..

you should apply..
getting a place is hard though because most people believe the above..
if they only knew so many places are taken up by legacy applicants, - and ones resevered from schools...
oh well..

Can't be that hard, i got in. Must hav been fluke :p:

Any 1 staying in Hollis Hall?
All Harvard summer schools want is your money.

Most people are attracted to HSS due to the fact that it is Harvard.

Trust me, there are better, more rigorous, more intellectually stimulating programs out there take RSI or ISSYP for example.

I completely agree with commemerative. If you are looking to impress admissions officers, Harvard summer school isn't the way to go.

RSI is a summer research program run by MIT. It's highly selective, and its graduates have traditionally done extremely well in admissions at top universities.

There are other highly prestigious summer programs out there -- TASP, SSP, MITE2S, MOSP, etc. -- but I don't know if they're open to international students.

I'm not familiar with ISSYP.
