Hi guys, so I'm a 17 year that enjoys drinking with the guys at college, no surprise. But the thing is, i can't really go back home drunk since that is just wrong on so many levels. So i made an agreement with my friend Alexey that he would pour a wee bit of vodka in my plastic bottle so i could just go back home and do whatever with it. Now the thing is that since im under 18 and living in Scotland, could i get arrested if i somehow get caught with a plastic bottle of vodka? I go back home using the train and carry a backpack (if that helps). Thanks.

Nope. It's only illegal for you to buy it or for someone to buy it for you. If there's no evidence of that, then you're free to walk

If its in a bag and youre behaving yourself why would the police have any reason whatsoever to check your bag?
