    Yes, an unconditional offer is unconditional. Obviously though, you should try not to fail since if you do, you'll probably have a very hard time when you get to University. Also, universities generally wouldn't give out unconditional offers unless they're pretty sure that the recipient is going to get very good grades - they definitely wouldn't give out unconditionals on the pure basis of predictions.

    In Ashton to the above, don't forget that graduate employers will look at your A Level grades, and some have minimum A Level grades requirements in addition to minimum degree requirements.
