I am trying the learn guitar, and I want to follow an exam board, but because they're so many I don't know which one to chose.

    they're all bull****

but if you're set, go for ABRSM. everyone does it so it's just more practical

but honestly it doesn't really matter which one you choose

I would recommend rockschool on the basis that the cds are so helpful and the material is contemporary whilst providing you with scope to try out lots of styles.

They're all good but if you don't have a teacher then the structure of a rockschool exam can be more self explanatory which I think helps a lot.

If you're doing classical guitar, then ABRSM. I think, other than that, Rockschool is probably your best bet.

Depends what sort of music you're playing.
