    Hi guys,
My name is Nikki and I am currently in Year 13. For a long time I wasn't really sure about what career I wanted to do but what I did know was that I always had the fascination learning about the world. My favourite subject is Geography (both physical and human) but I especially love learning about natural disasters. It was only a few weeks ago that I found out that disaster management is a possible university course and that emergency planners are real occupations! I was thrilled because I felt like windows of opportunity have been opened up for me.

I just wanted to ask if there is anyone here in the same position or have studied this course because I would love to know more about it. Is there also anyone who has used this course and achieved a career that is relevant to disaster management?

I have been researching unis so that I can finalise UCAS but only have found 4 unis that offer it- Manchester, Coventry, Kingston and Chester. Does anyone know any more?

Any help/ replies would be much appreciated! Thank you
