Is it possible to pursue a neuroscience-related PhD in the US after a UK BSc in Biomedical Science? Or is it necessary/recommended to have a MSc before even thinking of a US PhD?

Does anybody know how this works?
    Thanks

Yes it's possible. In the US you apply to grad school and do a masters and a PhD together. You'll have to do coursework, teach and do your research so be prepared for hard work and it takes longer (5-7 years).

Thanks for your quick response 😀 I have another question. Although I know everything depends on the single university and department, do you know any of the minimum entry requirements or strengths which make an application worth considering (ie I heard of summer research projects that you better attend if you want consideration from a U.S. Institution)?

You'll have to check entry requirements and research experience is never going to hurt your application.
