Anyone else who doesn't do finance really frustrated at all of the numerical tests for graduate jobs? I have a lot of experience but the numerical tests are my weaker point and some applications aren't even being read if you don't do well in the test. What companies don't do the numeracy tests (in London pref)?

Any large company will use numerical tests to filter out weak candidates.

The best way to find out is to apply or look for companies that just want a CV and covering letter.

unfortunately they are the basis of the recruitment process in every grad scheme, main reason only a small portion of graduates will ever get on to one.

You don't need to do finance, the numerical tests are LITERALLY GCSE level. Brush up on some GCSE/KS3 Maths, then practice as much as possible.

OP, thats not the mindset to have.

Understand the style of questions asked, learn the techniques behind them, and practice, practice, practice.
