    Yeh..the thing is in America though...once you'r on death row...you can spend years and years awaiting your execution....i heard of some guy sentenced to death 20 years ago..and he's still waiting for it to come.....:eek:

    Other thing about the death sentence..is..what if you wrongly convict them!??!

    It exists in every state. And there is a federal death row. You get so many appeals that it is really hard to lose them all if you are innocent.

    Really..didn't know every state had it....the thing with the appeals though is that by the time you get cleared....you could've lost 20 odd years of your life....

    Yeh..thats what i thought....cos i remember them saying on the news a while back that George Bush i a strong advocate of the death penalty...and his home state is Texas...which still have it....:confused:

    i loved it!! it has such a good plot~ the twist was excellent!! i really didn't see it coming!
    there was one part where they filmed constance with that bag over her head and i thought she was headless... :eek: ...i nearly cried...
