I am currently in year 12 and I'm not taking any AS examinations at the end of year but I am taking internal examinations.

AS Levels still exist and some people will be taking them in some or all of their subjects

University offers will be based on predicted grades. It's possible they will look more closely at GCSE results. More universities are likely to look at entry tests for some subjects.

I do AS levels in my 4 subjects, (I do CCEA)

Anyway, i think that there will be more focus on GCSEs as they are the only solid data they have. However, if there are entrance exams for the particular course, then they will also play a big part. Then of course predictions will be used

Predictions most likely (which will probably be the average of the multiple mock exams / tests you take)
