    Hey,

Okay I'm really confused. So I'm doing GCSE (AQA) English and science. We have separate exams, like biology and chemistry ect. So does this mean they will all be classed as separate GCSE's

So I can then walk into a collage and say
"Yes I have my 5 GCSEs at c or above; they're:
English language, maths, biology chemistry and physically"

Is that how it works. Thank you for your help.

No it depends for science. Do you know if you are doing a double science or triple science award? If you are taking triple you will be doing 3 Biology exams, 3 chemistry exams and 3 physics exams. You will receive separate grades for all.

However, if you are doing double science you will do 2 biology exams, 2 phyiscs exams and 2 chemistry exams and will receive a 'core science' grade and an 'additional science' grade.
