My teacher says a nice smooth inky pen would work better that a biro for long exams. e.g the English language exam is 2 hours and 15 minutes and she says we should buy a good inky pin. Are there no smooth biros? What should I use?

Write with whatever the hell you find most comfortable! As long as it isn't a cheap piece of crap that can't deliver ink constantly then all that matters is that you can write with it for two hours without it being painful.

Personally I can't use most pens for a long period of time without my hand aching like hell so I bought myself a Yoropen (google it!) and can quite comfortably sit through a three hour lecture while taking constant notes without any problems at all.
