UK resident lived in Scotland for 2 Years Am I ELIGIBLE for SAAS
I have left Edinburgh University and want to apply to other Scottish universities for full-time course during 2016-2017 I am UK resident and have been in the UK since 2006, and Initially 2 years ago I came to Edinburgh to study in that respective university but I was paying my full tuition fees like all non Scottish UK students, so after 3 years of living in Edinburgh (by the time my course starts in 2016-2017) and also working there, am I eligible for student finance through Scottish student finances (SAAS)?
