    Hi
    I am an EU citizen
I have been attending school in the UK since 2012( sept) -and lived in UK continuously since 2012.

I hope to attend a UK uni next year
I am not a permanent resident but a resident.

will I be eligible for maintenance loans as well as tuition?

I find this all a bit confusing.

    Hi,

If you have been living in the UK for 3 years before the start of the academic year then you are eligible to apply for funding for tuition fees and loans etc.

You would need to submit evidence to show this.

    Thanks.

    Hi

You can provide original letters from the school- It must show the starting and end dates, must be on headed paper with full address and hand signed.
If there are any gaps in the 3 year period we may ask for further evidence such as bank statements or utility bills.

    Thanks
