I'm a girl and live with 5 others in university Accomodation. There's one guy flat mate, I'll be talking to him and his eyes will shift from my face (or whatever he is looking at) to my hips/lower body/bum area. Its so obvious and I don't know whether he does it intentionally or not.Once I was wearing gym tights/leggings with a top and we were talking about something.I was standing facing sideways and his eyes kept going from my face to my bum.
    Boys any explanations :/

It's what we do. We're programmed that way. He just hasn't yet worked out how not to get caught.

Perhaps you usually dress really sexy and he just has to take a look, who knows. Pretty normal behaviour for a guy although for him to do it straight in front of you blatantly is a bit much, if you feel comfortable maybe you should let him know.

He's likely sub-consciously assessing your body for indicators of fertility and health.

You probably have a nice bum, I'll need to see a picture to assess the situation.
