    Yeah, I'm looking to study Business Management at university but am also looking at alternatives, like apprenticeships. Although I have no idea which university or apprenticeships. I was looking for advice on how universities have assessed people, i really dont want anything similar to A-Levels!

    It entirely depends on the career prospects of the course, in all honesty. Do they help you out to get a job or do they tell you to pretty much do it yourself?

    I am an Economics graduate who is on JSA, but my friends who never went to uni have gone onto apprenticeships and are now earning good salaries.

    JSA = Jobs Seekers Allowance

    I didn't enjoy uni as much as school, and I only went there because I was told that it's not to be missed.
