ok so i'm 15, male, often given the 'nice guy' tag. I've had one relationship before, but it didn't go to well.
oh and i dont exactly have looks on my side.
so my question is how to actually get into a lasting relationship. and lose the 'nice guy' tag. Thanks

If you want to impress a girl, get to know them. Spend time with them because that's what we want. Ask her about her interests and hobbies, engage with her. Don't change your personality for anyone, because if your not true to yourself, will they ever be? And if don't wanna be the 'nice' guy, spice it up. Maybe be flirty, act cool or whatever you feel comfortable with. No one's gonna judge you.

you're 15 ; you won't find anything meaningful for a while. Enjoy the fun relationships; get experience while you can.
as for attracting; just be yourself and have confidence, you'll find a match eventually in life.

Dont neccessarily agree with the first line. I know a couple who are 82 and 83 years old and have been dating since they were 15 (girl) and 16 (boy)

    Don't worry about relationships.
    Chill out.
    Work out.
    Join the gym.
    Turn 17-18 and then BAM.
You won't even need to try.

Oh don't get me wrong; I'm sure there are exemptions to that general rule. But equally the social system for relationships has changed significantly. Simply its a whole different ball game.
