Fapathon session last night and feel like crap today

Last night I had a major fapathon session. We're talking four or five hours of edging to porn upon porn upon porn before finally climaxing on two occasions. I woke up today and I still feel like crap. My dopamine receptors must be completely burnt out. What's the quickest and best way to recover? I plan on meeting some people soon and I don't want to turn up looking like a heroin addict.

Go to the gym and do cardio - recommend either running or cycling.

As veteran fapper myself, rush of blood you get to the brain from cardio I've found has been best solution for post-fap fatigue.

Dopamine receptors what the ****? Masturbation and orgasm should be good for your mental state. I'd be more concerned about porn addiction, and that you need porn to turn you on. Nothing wrong with *******.
