best exercises and how to stop overeating watch

    Hi i'm always eating too much food, and it's always unhealthy with foods like crisps, biscuits and too many nuts. I can't seem to stop and I've noticed my cheeks have become saggy and rounder (according to my family) who say I'm gaining weight. this sounds stupid, but my cheekbones are gone too. And I feel bad about myself.. But on a good note, I swim once a week. Do you recommend ways I can cut down, do certain exercises and lose facial fat? Thanks

    If you're starting off, I'd recommend doing a full body workout 3x a week featuring mainly compound lifts, add in some cardio in whichever way you like (but preferably on the days you aren't lifting) and keep up the swimming since it's excellent and fun! This should help you lose some excess fat and tighten up your body/build muscle simultaneously. Remember however, a body is made more in the kitchen than the gym. So just watch your diet (calories and carbs are your enemy, protein is a good friend, fat is OK) and reap in the newb gains!

    No problem. just know you can't spot reduce fat i.e you can't choose to lose it off your face, you will lose it everywhere and where it comes off first depends on your genetics. Good luck and enjoy yourself!
