    Same as other green land plants, as they use the same type of chlorophylls and other photosynthetic pigments. A combination of 25% 450nm and 75% 680nm would be optimal for growth. If you really have time you might want to check this paper:

    McCree, KJ. 1972. The Action Spectrum, Absorptance, and Quantum Yield of Photosynthesis in Crop Plants. Agricultural Meterology, 9:191-216.

    Yet if you look further into it, different plants might have different ratios of the photosynthesis pigments, you might want to search further into the ratio of photosynthetic pigments in Rumex acetosa, and how it differs from other plants.
