My hair's been damaged and i want to cut it. So i decided to take supplements for hair growth (after i cut it) and to keep it healthy. I've done my research and it's not uncommon.

I have 2 different supplements i'm going to take for the next 6/7 months.

    How should i take them?

    1) Take pill A on one day then B on another day
    2) Take both in each day? (i checked the ingredients aren't overlapping so i won't be taking too much of one vitamin)
3)Take one for a month or so then when results start slowing down switch to the other one and so on...

-on the one hand i do want to be able to notice which supplement is giving me the best results so i don't need to uselessly buy other ones.

-on the other hand many people have said taking a combination of supplements at the same time is best for seeing results.

    So i'm conflicted.

p.s. please don't give me alternatives to using supplements I've tried a lot and i've researched, it's very safe
“Yanny” or “Laurel”
