    I managed to lose a fair bit of weight when doing the transformation contest but without that as an incentive I've kind of flagged and put back on a few pounds so I'm making a thread to give me some motivation.

    Currently at 154lbs and my aim for this time next year is 126lbs. I'd like to increase muscle as well as just losing weight :yep:

    1055 calories today, on the lower side as I didn't do any exercise apart from a short walk today

    started taking a zinc supplement and will be taking tribulus as well once it arrives so I'll see if that improves my energy levels :yep:

    zinc is a good idea, it helps you sleep better its incredible! I really notice a difference in being able to sleep better with it (i take A-z multi vitamins everyday)

    so I kinda forgot about this. Progress has been non existent, depression came back and hit me like a sledgehammer and as a result I've gained weight and am feeling really crap about my body :/
