I can't tell people's right hand from their left hand.

I feel so stupid writing this post but I genuinely feel like something is wrong with me because I find it hard to differentiate peoples right hand from their left and vice versa.

I know I am right handed as most of us are and can tell the difference between my right hand and left but when it comes to other people, I find it hard.

I don't know what is wrong with me. :s-smilie:

This is rather strange as I am a 17 year old female, I should know this. :frown:

Any help or advice please?
Do you think someone's left hand is on their right arm or something?
If ur facing them, just remember it is the opposite to when your right hand is.

I'm guessing you're thinking it'd be really 'handy' if you could tell the difference

just remember OP, that three rights make a left.
if you can see their face, the hand is the opposite one for example the hand on the right is the left hand
If you're looking at them from the back, it's the same because you're lined up with them

Just picture yourself as being in the same position as them and ask yourself where your right hand is.
I think I understand now, thanks.
