I chosing my a levels in a couple of months and just wondering how you guys are finding it. I'm the new linear system so i do an as exam and then drop it without it counting towards anything, but anyway this is what I'm thinking: Biology (OCR A) Chemistry (edexcel) geography (AQA) and business (AQA) do any of you guys study these, if you do how are they???

I do Geography (Edexcel) which I think is fairly similar to AQA. I didn't study Geography for GCSE, was predicted a C for AS and came out with a grade A! Geography is really interesting and the content of the course is fairly easy to grasp, just the exam is painful, but that's similar for all A-Levels.

Whatever you do I'm sure you'll be fine, they seem daunting but A-Levels are a lot better than GCSE's for sure. Possibly not stress-wise but you definitely feel like you're actually going somewhere further.

I'm doing AS and chose Biology (AQA), chemistry (AQA), psychology (AQA) and maths (Edexcel). Biology there is a lot to remember so you have to continuously be revision, which is same for chemistry but chemistry is harder as a lot of the stuff is new and if you don't understand the topics then its hard to remember. Whereas, maths starts easy but gets harder and psychology i picked cause I enjoy.

I'm doing Biology and Chemistry (OCR). Biology is quite straight forward there's just quite a bit of information. I'm doing A2 now and it's fairly similar. Chemistry is hard in some ways, but if your good with maths you should be fine. The theory for chemistry is very straight forward and builds on your knowledge from GCSE.
