I was extremely impressed by Birmingham's CS school, though the entry reqs are probably too much of a push for me...

What did you get at AS and what are you expecting at A2? Plus what A-levels are you doing?

There are better unis that will consider you than the ones you've chosen, do some digging to find out which.

The BSc at Loughborough (D*DD + you need the Mathematics for IT pros module at grade D): http://www.lboro.ac.uk/study/undergr...puter-science/

The BSc at Lancaster (DDD): http://www.lancaster.ac.uk/study/und...#entrycriteria

The BSc at UEA (DDM): https://www.uea.ac.uk/study/undergra...puting-science

I'm sure you can do more digging

UEA and Loughborough are better than sheffield hallam and Aberystwyth. If you don't get in those two we could probably meet up as I'm applying to Sheffield Hallam and Aberystwyth outside UCAS.😂😂😂😂

Retake the GCSE maths to a B. Take a look at the places you'd be comfortable with going to. There's loads of unis accepting without Maths.

Can someone just clarify for me? From looking at this they want ddm and b in maths and c in English? Or do they want a level maths as well?
