Hi all, i am a bit addicted to sugar and just wondering if others have had this problem and how people have managed to address this issue, alternatives etc? its the same with pepsi btw.

Same as you, I'm addicted to sugar, I have an extreme case of sweet tooth. The advice seems to be to consume sources of complex carbohydrates rather than foods containing simple sugars. Things like potatoes, rice, wholegrain/wholewheat foods, pasta, cereals...and switch to diet pepsi max, it tastes just as good as regular pepsi when it's ice cold.

Try eating dried fruit instead of chocolate, it's only effective short-term to get you off it, as fruit does have a lot of carbs. You can drink diet soft drinks instead of the normal ones. They taste the same to me and there's no sugar, carbs or calories.
