If anyone can answer question 2, or give me any clue where to start, id appreciate it thanks

Ive been thinking about the force, its mass, impulse, suvat formulas, total kinetic energy = total gravitational potential energy, and I just cant get it with that much information. I'm thinking its one of those questions where you equate two formulas and then variables cancel, but I don't know where to start
    thankyou
