    It wasnt alot though, when you get as fat as I was I think drastic measures need to be used, what I did was pretty drastic.

    I think Ive got a BMI of 27 or something now? I dunno, I havent checked, its pretty much irrelevant for me now, due to muscle etc, BMI works by assuming you dont have any amount of additional muscle(I think). I tend to just go by the mirror and stuff now, much easier

    Pretty efficient isn't it?

    I don't believe in losing weight without a good exercise program. Just getting into the habit of jogging/cycling/rowing/and the special exercise program regularly is the only solution as far as I'm concerned. Just focusing on one part of your body never works

    try squats, or maybe some vertical leg presses with 400lbs, should do the trik.
