North Western is cheap and well located (£87.50 per week). I stayed there and it is good as long as you don't mind sharing a bathroom. You get a sink in your room so can always use that to piss in if you cba walking to the toilet. I did.

Stay clear of Grand Central as the lift there is terrible and it takes ages just to get to your room.... my mate lives there. Also its like £110 a week.

grand central is loud as **** at night, may as well give up on sleep if you go there
all marybone's are decent for what you get but i'd expect some faults when you first move, my housemates this year all had problems with their rooms at first, but the issues get sorted fast after you complain usually, marybone 2 is better if you want an ensuite
victoria hall is quite decent too, they have bigger fridges in the kitchens

i'd say find out where your course is located and make the decision based on that and the price - you won't believe how useful it is living 5 minutes away from your lecture halls

dont stay at cambridge court, got showed a lovely flat and moved into a dirty old flat. i pay 120 and paid 250 deposit. if you are studying in Redmonds, john fosters or John Lennon art and design i would recommend grenville street. 121.50 a week and also modern clean and new building beside concert square, town and also a £1 deposit!

I've lived at Grand Central for 2 years and it's always been good for me and I'm not exactly a party animal. Good location, sometimes it's noisy but tends to just be weekends or if your flatmates/neighbours are having people over, it's been pretty silent as of late though, staff are nice etc. Grenville Street is also a good option if it's in the right place for you, it's really nicely done out.

I have available student accommodation for Liverpool John Moores University or generally for the 2017/2018 entry in the city centre of Liverpool.

I am a third-year Biomedical Science student at LJMU, and I am looking for someone to occupy a Studio room at Ablett House Accommodation from 8th September 2017 until August 2018. Ablett House is across the road from the Avril Roberts Library which specialises in science. It is in the city centre of Liverpool (L3 2AF) and the LJMU building is less than 5 minutes away.

The studio room is on the 10th floor facing the Avril Roberts Library.

This location is very popular. £160/week. 51 weeks contract. All Bills Included. Room Includes: private kitchen/dining area, shower/toilet, spacious room, double bed, wardrobe, TV, Free WiFi. Building Includes: Disability Access, Launderette, Terrace, Fob access, Lift, Common room with pool table and ping pong table.

Let me know if you are interested.
